12 month fixed-term contract
Analog Devices is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support graduate, intern and early career level hiring across our sites in EMEA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Full-cycle recruitment - graduates, interns, early level career hires.
Actively sourcing and attracting top university and early level career talent to ADI.
Ensure candidates have a top-notch experience from first to final engagement.
Collaborate with college campus teams and business groups on hiring efforts from planning, facilitating, and execution of campus activities.
Partner with the business, hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring process – managing candidate pipeline, screening of applicants, interviewing and closing on candidates.
Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - EMEA to review, strategize and determine investment areas across the various universities.
Build relationships with student groups, professors and careers office staff to plan events and build strong presence on campus.
Use social media and web sources to promote opportunities and events.
Travel to, attend and present at careers fairs, campus talks, networking events, etc.
Demonstrate interest and understanding in the business in order to quickly adapt and flex as business grows and shifts.
Have the ability to identify and implement changes to existing recruiting programs and strategies.
Use data to inform recruitment activities and prioritize actions.
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business or related discipline would be advantageous.
Prior recruitment experience required.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in fast paced and high-volume work environments.
Ability to collaborate with the global university relations team as well as the global Talent Acquisition team.
Ability to travel to campus events (roughly 5% of the time)

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
