Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Partnerships Manager at Sollis Health to join our team in the Bay Area. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and managing strategic medical partnerships with primary care physicians (PCP) and specialty physicians across the Northern California region, with a focus on sales execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key medical stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, sales strategy development and execution, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups and reports to the VP of Sales.  

Territory is Northern California - Field based role and is remote when not meeting with Partners.

Responsibilities:  

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with concierge primary care physicians and specialty providers to drive referrals for Sollis memberships and expand our reach in the market. 
  • Establish and lead a regional B2M sales business, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, contracting, closing, and ongoing account management.
