What you'll do
We're looking for a Product Director, Integrations & Ecosystem. At Clara, we believe that a spend management platform is only as good as the systems it talks to. As the lead of our most critical vertical for stickiness and scalability, you will own the "Integration-as-a-Product" roadmap. Your mission is to move Clara from "integrated" to "embedded" within the customer’s financial stack.
You will lead the product strategy for our accounting module, custom field mapping, and self-serve connectivity, ensuring that Clara becomes the source of truth for financial data across Latin America.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for native connectors (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and own the internal accounting module features like automated categorization and multi-entity support.
  • Self-Serve Vision: Shift the paradigm from white-glove implementation to self-serve UI/UX, allowing Controllers to map their Chart of Accounts in minutes.
  • Scaling the Integration "Factory": Partner with Engineering to choose the right middleware vs. native builds and collaborate with Growth to turn integrations into a strategic pricing lever.
  • Accountants Channel & GTM: Build the "Accountant Console" to enable external firms to manage multiple Clara clients seamlessly and work with Sales to position Clara as the most integration-friendly player in the market.
  • Ecosystem Partnerships: Establish technical partnerships with ERP vendors to ensure Clara is a certified and preferred solution in their marketplaces.
