Client Services Associate – Skilled Nursing in Saddle Brook, NJ
Salary: $50,000- $60,000 per year

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Client Services Associate for our Skilled Nursing office in the Saddle Brook, NJ office. This team provides best-in-class home care to clients and families, helping them live safely at home with comfort, dignity, and independence.If you’re energized by serving others, solving problems, and building relationships, this role will give you the opportunity to grow into a client services or office leadership position while making a meaningful difference every day.
As a Client Services Associate, you are at the heart of the office, ensuring that clients receive the care they need and that our field employees feel supported, valued, and set up for success. With the right coaching, challenge, and support, this developmental role prepares you for future administrative leadership and helps BAYADA continue to grow so we can serve more people in need of home care.
Responsibilities for a Client Services Associate
In this role, you will:
- Manage a small caseload
- Support day-to-day scheduling and coordination of services for a defined group of clients.
- Communicate with clients, families, and field employees to ensure needs are met with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
- Proactively problem-solve service issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Provide backup to the Client Services Manager
- Assist with daily scheduling, staffing, and case coverage needs.
- Help respond to calls from clients, families, referral sources, and field employees.
- Support growth of the caseload through strong relationships and reliable follow-through.
- Support field employee credentialing and coordination
- Help manage onboarding tasks, including tracking required credentials, clearances, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical leaders and office leadership to ensure employees are fully compliant before providing care.
- Contribute to a high-performing, values-driven office

- Collaborate with office team members on projects, problem-solving, and process improvements.
- Participate in training and development activities designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities.
Qualifications for a Client Services Associate
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment with frequent changes and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems (e.g., scheduling, documentation, email, and basic reporting).
- Alignment with The BAYADA Way and a genuine desire to support clients, families, and caregivers.
- Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, home care, or an office-based administrative role.
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, or coordinating services.
- Knowledge of the local community and service area.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time role: exempt
- Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm
