  • Lead clinical operations analytics initiatives to optimize study design, execution, and decision-making through advanced modeling and real-world data insights

  • Define RayzeBio’s enterprise ‘KPI suites’ (startup cycle times, time-to-activation, enrollment velocity) to be used by study teams and RayzeBio’s executive team

  • Run regular global trial-delivery reviews and surface portfolio risks with recommended mitigation plans to RayzeBio’s Chief Medical Officer and head of Clinical Operations

  • Own CRO data ingestion at enterprise scale (CTMS, EDC, IRT/RTSM); set refresh cadences, enforce data SLAs, and drive harmonization across providers

  • Enhance RayzeBio’s existing field medical insights engine (MSL notes, congress, advisory boards, medical information, grants, digital) with regular readouts to leadership

  • Develop and maintain field medical data and analytics capabilities, integrating CRM platforms with clinical operations and commercial planning

  • Develop and provide recommendations to the field medical team on sizing, targeting and performance tracking

  • Establish partnerships with internal data management, IT, and BMS enterprise teams to leverage shared capabilities and ensure alignment

  • Lead AI/ML initiatives (e.g., enrollment forecasting, site scoring, NLP on medical notes) from proof-of-concept to productized capabilities with adoption targets and controls

  • Manage significant operating budget across multiple vendors to augment internal capabilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s) in a relevant scientific, medical, or business discipline is strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree may be accepted with extensive experience.
