Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Our Public Sector business empowers government agencies to modernize services, strengthen trust, and deliver mission-critical outcomes using the power of the #1 AI CRM. We build secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that create trusted digital experiences — driving efficiency and helping agencies connect with their global customers and constituents in powerful new ways.
Salesforce's Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) organization is looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our FedRAMP High compliant, customer-facing Digital Success solution. This is a high-visibility role where you will help Federal agencies maximize their Salesforce investment through a secure, digital-first support experience — bridging cutting-edge AI capabilities with the rigorous compliance standards of the U.S. Federal Government.
Your Impact:
Drive Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product vision for a compliant Federal Digital Success platform, ensuring it meets the needs of Federal and Public Sector customers.
Navigate Complex Compliance: Lead the charge on delivering capabilities within FedRAMP High, ITAR, IL4/IL5, and NIST frameworks.
Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Federal Success teams to align product decisions with authorization boundaries.
Execute with Agility: Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex customer needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Champion "Customer Zero": Use our own products to solve complex problems in a regulated context.
Drive Compliance: Participate in Authority to Operate (ATO) and audit readiness, managing product-side artifacts and ensuring milestone accountability.
Measure Success: Establish and track KPIs to monitor adoption, support deflection, and overall customer mission success.
Required Skills:
5–8 years in Product Management, with 2–3 years in regulated or compliance-driven environments (Federal, Healthcare, or FinServ).
Demonstrated experience with customer-facing portals or digital self-service platforms.
Working knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and/or DoD Impact Levels and how they dictate architecture.
Strong command of Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience owning a backlog from discovery to delivery.
Ability to distill technical or regulatory concepts for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences alike.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with Salesforce Government Cloud (GovCloud) architecture.
Familiarity with Agentforce, Salesforce Help, or Trailhead Academy.
Background in UX/UI or human-centered design within a government context.
Experience with digital transformation for civilian agencies, the DoD, or the Intelligence Community.
