JOB OVERVIEW
1. Supports customers by identifying their needs, offering standard and specific solutions/equipment, and
services.
2. Cross functional collaborations to ensure proposals that accurately address customer needs
3. Retain customers and maximize opportunities and conversion rate
4. Improve and maintain customer satisfaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with JCI Ethics, Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures, meet the quality and safety
requirements related to the position.
2. In close cooperation with outside sales team, support the business in consistent delivery on revenue
targets- commitment to the numbers and deadlines.
3. Key point of contact for colleagues and clients, answering queries, providing basic technical advice
and information. Enquiry handling, prepare, send and follow up on quotations
4. Maintains good relationships with customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
5. Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, service
applications, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or
services.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2. Proven track records in Multi-national companies with 5+ Years working experience, 3+ years in
related area.
3. Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills
4. Good project management, planning and prioritization skills.
5. Can work under fast-pace environment and handle multi task.
6. The ability to work with and through other functions in order to build and execute on clearly defined
strategies.
7. Has technical background
