We are seeking an experienced PMT-ES to lead the product strategy and execution for AWS Applied AI Solutions - Autonomous Operations. In this role, you will drive the vision, product requirements, set the go-to-market strategy, and tirelessly champion the needs of our customers. You will work with a team of product managers and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, security, and support teams. You will partner with go-to-market teams and solutions architects to drive product adoption and revenue growth. This role will require coordination across many internal and external teams and will be visible at the highest levels of the company.
A day in the life
- Define high-quality roadmaps based on your strategy and vision
- Drive product decisions through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market analysis
- Develop detailed, crisp business narratives and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and new features
- Ensure product alignment with security and compliance standards (FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
- Work closely with sales teams, solution architects, business development and engineering teams to solve complex product and pricing issues
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance and operational support load
- Can dive into technical details and ask engineers insightful questions about the services and dependencies

- 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
- 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
- 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
- 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience
- 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
- 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
