The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
