Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Junior NPI Engineer to join the Product SCE dynamic team with global working environments.PE SCE, we provide the hand over new products to the manufacturing / sustaining team. We are working with the manufacturing team to ensure production run smoothly during the safe launch phase. Plus, You will meet globally talented people with a great teamwork mindset and work in the defined standard process
Job Responsibility:
- Work with both NPI and manufacturing team for qualification readiness.
- Provide test data analysis for qualification samples.
- Work with NPI team to find root cause in case qualification result is not as expected.
- Work with manufacturing team for production readiness.
- Provide test data analysis and ensure quality for first production samples.
- Transfer product knowledge and information to manufacturing team.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with ability to work across functional teams, sites, and cultures.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills to adapt to newer technologies and knowledges.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
