Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to forecast material costs and budget accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

- APICS certification as advantage
