Job Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Analyze market trends and conditions to forecast material costs and budget accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation.
Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
