Process Expert, QM

Seeking process expertise in STM (Scheduling To Manufacturing), Quality management sub workstream

• Business role which acts as the functional expert for the implementation of SAP STM across large China manufacturing sites

• This role could have responsibility across multiple sites or regionally and expected to take both a strategic and tactical view of STM business processes and S4H template management and governance

• The role works closely with SAP COE and China manufacture sites to address business process requirements, technical matters to ensure adherence to S4H template, efficient and robust business processes.

• End to end SAP process integration, with STM scope of quality management.

Key Responsibilities：

Process Management

1. Functional subject matter expert of at least two SAP modules and/or process areas and integrations within SAP and to external applications to provide expert opinion, recommendations and options. Process area is STM quality management.

2. Identify business processes best suited to meet customer and operational requirements in highly complex manufacturing environments

3. Lead process reviews working with the other Process Expert to facilitate cross functional business processing mapping, impact and gap assessments to S4H template 

Project & Change Management

1. Lead projects and change management initiatives with effective risk mitigations associated with systems implementations and reductant business processes

2. Collaborate with IT / SAP COE on system integrations and support Systems Integration Testing (SIT)

3. Lead and support operations with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including end-to-end testing

4. Test new functionality or configuration changes thoroughly prior to deployment to Production

5. Provide onsite training and support to operations relative to SAP defined areas establishing and developing other Superusers

6. Assist operations to troubleshoot issues and escalate Helpdesk Support tickets as required

7. Support Business Development and Solution Design teams with designing business processes, enhancing or expanding S4H template and maintaining roadmap

Qualifications

•  B-lingual Chinese and English mandatory  

• Mandatory SAP experience (preferrable SAP S4 Hana) as a superuser and/or SAP process expert

• Mandatory experience of manufacturing and / or supply chain and 3PL processes and practices within multinational manufacturing business

• Relevant formal qualifications

• Superior communication skills – written and verbal

• Analytical and an ability to challenge current process
