People Experience & Services (PXS) is a core part of Agoda’s People Team, operating as a shared service HR model. We drive employee experience by managing knowledge, standardizing communications, and continuously improving HR services. Our team values collaboration, curiosity, and making a real impact on how employees interact with People Team services.
The Opportunity:
Join the PXS team and gain hands-on experience across a range of impactful HR projects, including knowledge article management, communications standardization, and employee experience initiatives. You’ll help shape how information is delivered, how employees engage with HR, and how we continuously improve our services.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Support Article Management: Audit, update, and organize HR knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of use for all employees.
- Contribute to Communications Standardization: Help document, review, and improve People Team communication templates and processes for consistency and effectiveness.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Assist in gathering employee feedback, analyzing data, and proposing improvements to HR services and touchpoints.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with PXS project leads and stakeholders to coordinate tasks, gather requirements, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze and Present Data: Use basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to the team.
- Drive Process Improvements: Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to enhance the efficiency and quality of PXS services.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
- Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with data in Excel
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with knowledge management or survey tools is a plus.
