Product / Test Engineer (NPI/NTI) – New College Graduate

About the Role

Join our Product/Test Engineering team and help bring new semiconductor products from concept to high‑volume manufacturing. You will develop test solutions, perform product characterization and qualification, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI).

Key Responsibilities

• Support product characterization, reliability qualification, and data analysis
• Work with cross‑functional teams to prepare products for mass production
• Troubleshoot test issues and drive continuous improvement in yield and cost

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and AI/ML is a plus
• Experience with programming/scripting (Python, C/C++, MATLAB) preferred
• Eager to learn and engage in hands‑on engineering activities
