What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Scale, you will lead high-priority, cross-functional programs that improve how the company scales globally. You will operate as both a program lead and process owner across a rotating portfolio of initiatives, including onboarding, internal mobility, contingent workforce, policy rollout, controls, expansion, and M&A integration.

About the role:

This role sits at the center of enterprise scale, partnering across People, Talent, Legal, Finance, Security, IT, and regional teams to design and drive durable operating solutions. You will bring a consulting-style approach into an internal execution role: framing ambiguous problems, developing structured recommendations, and driving decisions through implementation.

Success in this role means creating clarity in complex environments, improving how critical workflows operate across teams and systems, and ensuring processes are scalable, practical, and measurable. We’re looking for someone who is highly structured, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by solving operational challenges that span functions, geographies, and stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across management consulting, internal strategy, business operations, technical program management, or process ownership roles.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end across global or multi-regional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing integrated project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and decision documentation.
  • Experience mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying control gaps, handoff failures, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics such as cycle time, case volume, error rates, service levels, satisfaction data, or similar KPIs to drive prioritization and measure impact.
  • Experience translating policy or process requirements into systems and workflow changes in partnership with HRIS, IT, Security, or related technical teams.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable operating artifacts such as SOPs, playbooks, process maps, governance frameworks, and decision tools.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional decision-making across stakeholders with differing priorities, including documenting decisions, tradeoffs, and risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership and follow-through, with the ability to anticipate dependencies, manage risk, and drive execution without dropping details.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting People, HR, Talent, or employee lifecycle programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and workflow design, including HRIS platforms such as Workday and related identity, access, and onboarding integrations.
  • Experienc
