Our team in Gdynia works in an international environment, supporting customers and internal teams across Europe. We value collaboration, efficiency, and a positive work atmosphere that supports your development.

From the start, you will join a friendly and supportive Customer Operations team, with access to onboarding, training, and guidance to help you grow in your role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Monitoring the status of orders and proactively following up with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.

  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders including sales representatives, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing departments.

  • Handling invoice-related tasks such as processing, corrections, issuing credit/debit notes, and managing non-technical complaints.

  • Coordinating delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers to ensure on-time shipments.

  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with supply and production teams to maintain product availability.

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in Turkish is essential (spoken and written).

  • Conversational level of English

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or order management role.

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.

  • Previous experience or academic background in logistics will be considered a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
