Job Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will assist in the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and creating efficiencies within Salesforce. The administrator will work closely with our internal Salesforce team to deploy new business processes, create enhancements for our current org and manage the internal Salesforce request inbox. This person will also work with other departments to create lists, reports, dashboards and facilitate other data requests within Salesforce.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and edit objects and fields.
- Create and edit triggers and validation rules.
- Create and edit, Flows, Process Builder and Workflows
- Create and edit Profiles, Permission sets and Sharing Rules
- Create and edit Reports and Dashboards
- Work with the Salesforce team in a Scrum project environment
- Work with our Salesforce team to establish suitable processes to support our user base.
- Maintain the ticket queue and respond to our users in a timely, polite and efficient manner.
- Process data loader and report creation requests
- Other duties or tasks assigned by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2+ years in Salesforce software Administration is required.
- Salesforce Administrator certificate is required.
- Salesforce App Builder certificate is required.
- Experience utilizing Flows, Process Builder and Workflows
- Experience in Salesforce security setup
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Data Loader
- Experience working in Sandboxes and using change sets to push development to Production.
- Working knowledge of Lightning components is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.
- Experience working with Page Layouts, Validation rules and Field Sharing
- Knowledge of the financial service industry is a preferred.
Work Schedule: This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
