About the Role
As a Core Partner Development Manager (PDM), you’ll play a vital role in driving sales through marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across Australia and New Zealand.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.
- Drive business strategy and go-to-market growth by working directly with business owners and key function leads within partner businesses.
- Influence decision-makers by building trust to secure buy-in for key HubSpot programs and initiatives that drive mutual success.
- Co-create and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and deepen customer impact.
- Champion HubSpot’s Customer Platform by driving enablement, co-marketing, joint selling, and more.
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering), collaborating with senior stakeholders to share insights, provide feedback, and drive innovation.
- Be a partner advocate and internal ambassador, ensuring the voice of the partner is heard at every level.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in partner development, channel sales or business development, ideally within a tech environment
- 3+ years experience working with technology platforms, with strong technical proficiency
- Experience in consulting or as a business owner is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
- Experience owning or contributing to partner-sourced pipeline targets, across both net new and existing customers
- Ability to engage partners to generate pipeline and support deal execution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
