THE ROLE
The Process Excellence Manager, Accounts Receivable & Credit will drive transformational improvement across global AR, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application processes. This high-level individual contributor will partner closely with operational leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations and mature processes. The focus will be on leveraging automation, optimization, and innovative design to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and working capital performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end process enhancements that improve AR&C efficiency and compliance globally.

Drive continuous process optimization, leveraging methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, to build scalable, automated operations for the future.

Spearhead the utilization of automation and AI tools for cash application and predictive reporting to elevate process maturity.

Act as a project manager, overseeing AR&C projects from charter to execution and providing executive-level status reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales Operations, Finance) to redesign processes supporting new company growth and go-to-market models.
WHAT YOU BRING

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of operational experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Cash Application.

Proven expertise in implementing cash application automation and intelligent receivables tools.

Required experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent (Green Belt certification preferred).

Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large-scale transformation, coupled with strong project management skills and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
This role is primarily an in-office position and will be based in our Lehi, UT office.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
