As a Senior Social Strategist at Monks, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies for our diverse range of clients. You will analyze market trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performances to create data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your expertise in social media will drive impactful campaigns and help position Monks as a leader in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals, targeting specific audiences across various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, social media landscapes, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences and enhance engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to drive innovation and keep Media Monks at the forefront.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies based on data and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and strategies clearly to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

The position is 100% remote, with hiring available for residents anywhere in Brazil (exclusively for this country).
