Vice President, Retail Media
The Vice President (VP), Retail Media - a senior leader within our Strategy & Activation team - is responsible for leading and scaling Kepler’s retail media practice across a portfolio of enterprise clients. This role oversees high-performing teams and is accountable for both client success and the continued evolution and growth of our retail media capabilities.
As a senior client and business leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, bringing a holistic view of the retail media landscape across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, Instacart, and other emerging retail media networks. You will drive the development of integrated, full-funnel retail media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
In this role, you will set the vision for retail media strategy and activation at Kepler — driving innovation, shaping best practices, and identifying new opportunities for growth across clients and the broader organization. You will partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to ensure retail media is fully integrated into Kepler’s broader media and data offerings.
This position requires a balance of executive leadership, deep platform expertise, and operational rigor. You will play a critical role in advancing Kepler’s position as a leader in retail media.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a senior strategic authority across retail media platforms (including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, Instacart, and others), setting direction for planning, investment strategy, partner selection, campaign design, and measurement
- Act as an executive point of contact for key client relationships, with accountability for performance, client satisfaction, and long-term growth
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to align retail media strategies with broader business objectives and drive transformational impact
