BathWorks of Michigan is a people-first home improvement company and a certified Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, specializing in one-day bath and shower transformations. We’re growing and looking for driven, confident Outside Sales Representatives who can step into a home, lead the conversation, and guide homeowners to the right solution.

No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide the appointments. You own the outcome.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Running pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
• Managing a target of 11 appointments per week
• Working a Monday through Saturday schedule with appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
• Traveling within approximately a 100-mile radius for appointments
• Leading direct, solution-focused conversations
• Identifying needs and presenting the right remodel options
• Guiding customers to a decision with confidence
• Managing your pipeline and closing deals

Compensation & Benefits
• $152K–$248K+ earning potential
• Uncapped commissions
