  • Monitor and report KPIs (e.g., OTD, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, labor/OT, cost metrics) and execute corrective actions
  • Drive productivity improvement through PPI/Lean/Kaizen/5S and data-driven operational analysis
  • Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives including WMS optimization, facility layout redesign, and process standardization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, QA, EHS, Commercial, Finance) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs)

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • 8+ years of proven experience leading warehouse/DC operations (end-to-end) with strong execution discipline
  • Hands-on capability in inventory control (cycle count, discrepancy reduction, bin/location governance)
  • Working knowledge and practical application of EHS and Quality requirements in operations
  • Strong ability to manage operational KPIs and drive improvements through structured problem-solving (RCCM/CAPA)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams/shifts and building a performance & safety culture
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal + 3PL/Carriers)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in regulated environments such as GDP/GMP, cold chain, hazardous goods handling
  • Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean/Kaizen/PPI with measurable outcomes
  • WMS user-level expertise and experience in WMS optimization, slotting, layout redesign
  • Experience with multi-site operations or matrix stakeholder environment

Success Measures (What Good Looks Like)

  • Stable daily execution with improved OTD, cut-off compliance, order accuracy
