1. Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to production
2. Collaborate with cross fuctional teams to define product assembly requirement, specification, costing, yield, manufacturability and handshake to production team
3. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts 
4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any product defectes and failures
5. Prepare detailed engineering report and ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
6. Establish new function on substrate technology and as subject matter, including understand vendor capability/ design rules, substrate supplier selection, provide technical support and expertise regarding substrate related issue
