Business Analyst – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

• Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field 

• Interdisciplinary backgrounds are welcome, especially combinations of business with technology, analytics, digital transformation, communication, or management 

• Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience 

• Experience or exposure in consulting, technology consulting, digital or business transformation, or financial services environments (banking or insurance) is an advantage 

• Experience in stakeholder‑facing, coordination, or delivery‑oriented roles, such as: Business or data analysis, Project or product coordination, Consulting or advisory roles bridging business and IT 

• Strong communication and coordination skills, combined with an interest in consulting and technology, are essential for this role.

• Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, technology‑enabled solutions supporting efficiency and business transformation 

• ​Interest in learning and working with topics such as: Business and data analytics, Automation and process optimization (e.g. RPA), Agile delivery and the software development lifecycle, Digital tools, platforms, and IT‑supported business processes,

• Deep technical expertise is not required – curiosity, learning ability, and a digital mindset are key 

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex topics 

• Confidence in communicating with business and IT stakeholders 

• Strong collaboration skills in international and cross‑functional teams 

• Fluency in English and German (C1 level) 

• Proactive and responsible working style, willingness to take ownership of tasks 

• High motivation to learn, develop professionally, and gradually grow into more complex responsibilities
