Red Ventures Growth and Transformation partners with financial institutions to build digital products, customer platforms, and marketing technology solutions that drive acquisition, deepening, and retention.

As a Technical Engagement Lead - Manager, you will serve as the hands-on technical leader for client engagements, guiding architecture, delivery, and engineering execution while managing a team of engineers. You will stay close to the code, partner with client technology stakeholders, and translate business priorities into scalable, secure, production-ready solutions in regulated environments. This role blends engineering leadership, solution architecture, and delivery ownership, requiring someone who can move fluidly between technical design, client communication, and day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and develop a team of 3-6 engineers, providing day-to-day technical leadership, coaching, and performance feedback on a client engagement.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture decisions from kickoff through launch and optimization.
  • Own technical execution for the engagement — staying close to the code through PR reviews, implementation guidance, and deployment oversight while setting engineering standards, code quality gates, and production support practices.
  • Translate business goals and product requirements into technical plans with clear scope, estimates, milestones, dependencies, and tradeoffs.reactnodepythongorustaidataanalyticsproductdesign
