You Are:
AFS is seeking a growth‑minded leader to drive the strategic direction of Accenture’s partnership with the Federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure client and across the federal cybersecurity mission space. In this high‑impact role, you will set the vision for disrupting legacy programs with new technologies and capabilities. Backed by Accenture’s commercial innovation, you will develop and execute a strategy to reinvent cybersecurity services and win new business.

The Work:

  • Build and own executive relationships across CISA and across federal cybersecurity mission spaces
  • Lead the development of disruptive solutions to drive greater impact for the mission
  • Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy to capture market share

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience with CDM
  • Ability to achieve Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s degree and or 10+ years of industry experience
  • 15+ years in business development and/or leadership in cybersecurity
  • Experience leading cybersecurity and/or engineering teams
  • Experience shaping new business
  • Understanding of and interest in AI for reinvention
  • Understanding of critical infrastructure resilience and security risks

  • Advanced Degree
  • Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
  • Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
  • Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management and relationship development skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
