As our Digital Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll be the ultimate talent magnet for Digital and Technology talent. You'll be at the forefront of finding, engaging & evaluating talent for our building great talent pipelines across for France and Europe. You're helping build our teams of tech superstars who will drive Sanofi's digital ambitions.

Main responsibilities

·       Crafting outstanding talent pipelines using your digital and technology talent market knowledge

·       Becoming the go-to sourcing guru for France and beyond, keeping our talent pool

·       Mastering the art of advanced sourcing techniques - think X-Ray search, Boolean wizardry, and navigating the depths of Kaggle, GitHub, and other platforms and techniques

·       Devising targeted sourcing strategies that feel like they were tailor-made for each role (because they are!)

·       Sharing best practice with digital Recruiters in other countries to ensure we share insights and world-class techniques

About You

·       Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum

·       Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms

·       Exceptional networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent

·       Knowledge of the French and other European labor markets and employment regulations
