About the Role:

Glean is building a world-class data organization spanning data science, applied science, data engineering, and business analytics. This role sits in our Core Product Data Science team role in Glean R&D. It’s located in Bangalore, India, where we have a major office contributing to Glean’s core R&D and GTM efforts. At Glean, data scientists collaborate with engineering, product management and design.

You will:

Define and build data assets, e.g. KPI definitions, data pipelines and dashboards, to measure the performance of AI-powered assistant products for knowledge workers. Glean Data science takes pride in spear-heading logging improvements to improve our nascent product telemetry, has deep craft in data modeling to make it easy to build several data products based on the same accurate source of truth, and builds effective visualizations to make cross-functional partners self-serve with their analytics.
Once you establish resilient measurement foundations, selectively invest your time in a subset of your large product scope to identify opportunities to improve these KPIs, and influence cross functional teams to incorporate associated changes into their roadmaps.
