About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Identity team and report to Iryna Melnyk, our Product Director. You’ll be part of a cross-functional, mission-oriented Product Leadership Team (PLT) with an Engineering Manager, Designer, and Lead Engineer sharing accountability for your team’s outcomes.
 
You and your team will work to deliver a world-class Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience, enabling seamless, secure access and management for both end users and administrators. We aim to provide a robust, flexible, and user-friendly experience that simplifies onboarding, champions security policies, and reduces operational burdens, making identity and access management a strategic enabler for growth.
 
To help our teams work together effectively, this remote position requires you to be located in Australia or New Zealand. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for candidates outside of theses countries. 
 

What you'll do:

  • You'll set the product direction for the Customer Identity and Access management at Octopus, aligning business objectives, security and compliance needs and customer experience.
  • Transform Octopus’s Access Management capabilities across Octopus Cloud and Octopus Self-host, driving enterprise-ready capabilities such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, etc.
  • Collaborate with your team, Security and GRC partners and Revenue stakeholders in thinking big, unifying the technical vision, customer needs, and business goals to shape the solutions and take them to market.
  • Inspire and excite the team to do the best work of their careers through stories of the purpose and impact of their work.
