The Senior Manager role is charged with managing and delivering Strategic Consulting services for internal and external stakeholders. The consulting services lifecycle spans from business development to strategy development to execution. This individual will work closely with C&W brokerage professionals to address the needs of existing clients and support new business pursuits. The Director will work with clients and other C&W service lines to develop & implement real estate strategies, mitigate risks, and manage change. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and deliver workplace strategy and other consulting services to internal and external stakeholders and clients
· Collaborate with account leads and brokers on market-driven business development opportunities and client service delivery.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for opportunities in the areas of workplace strategy and change management.
· Primary focus is on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
· Manage and facilitate all stakeholders through the length of the project.
· Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
· Create thought leadership to support business development, client service delivery, and to contribute to the real estate professional services industry.
· Propose and advise on project pricing and staffing.
· Consistent development of both internal and external relationships.
· Manage the development of proposals and presentations for prospective projects.
· Provide needed guidance and support with the business development effort.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
· Experienced practitioner in workplace strategy and corporate real estate with ten or more years of experience as a consultant, in-house practitioner, architect, space & occupancy planner, or strategic advisor.
· Hands-on experience in developing and delivering services and solutions, specifically within the fields of workplace strategy, space planning & design, and change management. Experience in delivering services related to real estate portfolio optimization, labor analytics, site selection, and asset strategy is preferred, not required.
· Ability to work across geographic, functional, and service line boundaries in product/service design and client delivery.
· Experience with new business development, including responding to written requests for proposal, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating as part of cross-functional team.
· Excellent written, oral, negotiating and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to represent a global organization to clients, the public, industry leaders, governmental agencies, and social organizations.
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects
· Ability to act as a thought leader in the organization, teaming with other disciplines and driving excellence in tool development, client delivery and strategic insights.
· Working knowledge of CAD, Revit, and other similar space modeling software technology to space concepts and test fits.
· On-site work in the C&W office at least 4 days per week. May require additional on-site time and travel based upon client and business need.
· May require managing junior level consulting resources.
EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
· Prosci-certified change management practitioner preferred, not required.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
