Commercial Analyst

The position will be business partner to build and maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and data-driven interpret understanding on business needs to support decision making and enhance sales force effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities：

• Expertise in master data management and maintenance, enforcing data standard and workflow
• Collaborate with project team to optimize data model and support data migration, cleansing and conversion to implement SAP
• Interface with business to gather requirements with ETL data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and BI tool
• Support Salesforce adoption and operational efficiencies to drive sales uplift
• Conduct sales pipeline and efficiently manage full lifecycle of opportunities conversion
• Responsible for price management in ERP
• Review and analyze various contract types by channels, identify and flag potential risks and compliance issues to well manage contracts
• Manage rebate and service cost according to diversified schemes and monitor accrual versus payout
• Support analytical data infrastructure as well as analysis modeling, also ensure data accuracy, maximize data visibility and enhance quality
• Assist in-depth business analysis and synthesis of adopting multiple sources to deep dive into business dynamics and value chain
• Participate in execution of sales force effectiveness related projects, ensure that projects are aligned with the global strategy, deliver training program within timeline

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in data or business analysis
• Knowledge of SAP OTC stream
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, PBI etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PPT
• Fluent in English written and oral communication
• Good team player with self-motivation and ownership
• Strong logic & analytical thinking, number-sensitive
• Excellent business-oriented mindset and problem-solving skill
• Able to work under pressure and proactive with detail-oriented, precise
