Your role at Clorox:

The Shopper Marketing Executive will be based in NZ supporting development and leading execution of impactful omnichannel Clorox shopper marketing /activation plans; and provide process and system support to the ANZ shopper team. This is a hybrid role (3 days Office/ 2 Days WFH).

Are you passionate about working on market leading brands and brining them to the forefront of the shopper path to purchase driving conversion across the NZ Market. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping how some of New Zealand’s market leading household brands (including Glad and Chux) show up in‑store and online.

As Shopper Marketing Executive – NZ, you’ll be the voice of the New Zealand shopper within a dynamic ANZ team—owning the execution of high‑impact, omnichannel shopper activations that connect brand strategy to the moment of purchase.

This role is all about action, execution and impact. You’ll:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of shopper marketing activations across NZ retail partners

  • Translate powerful ATL brand campaigns into impactful conversion driving activations that win the shoppers purchase in‑store and online

  • Project manage POS, sampling and digital shelf activations across all Clorox brands

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Category: delivering NZ‑specific insights and recommendations

  • Analyse performance and ROI to continuously improve and optimise activations

  • Be hands‑on with systems, processes and agencies—keeping back of house administration tasks running smoothly and flawlessly
