What you'll do...

What You Will Do
  • Manage product specifications across the full product lifecycle
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to define product needs, drive initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure alignment.
    • Conduct industry benchmarking to identify product details, specifications, and trends.
    • Review and manage sample assortments and create detailed product specifications.
    • Submit colors, components, and aesthetics for approval; provide reports throughout development, approval, and production stages.
    • Identify potential issues early, perform root cause analysis, communicate findings, and recommend solutions.
    • Conduct in‑store visual reviews to identify variances and evaluate products against specifications.
  • Support and influence product strategy for the department
    • Conduct research to understand current and future customer needs.
    • Analyze data to assess business impact and streamline product development and delivery processes.
    • Aggregate research insights to provide business intelligence.
    • Communicate protocols and make recommendations to senior leaders on new or enhanced product offerings.
  • Drive communication and alignment across partners
    • Manage communications with internal and external partners through multiple channels.
    • Provide updates to cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on product development initiatives.
    • Identify potential lifecycle issues, investigate causes, perform root cause analysis, and recommend and implement solutions.
    • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Manage sourcing activities to support business strategies
    • Ensure sourcing documents are completed accurately and on time.
    • Validate data and documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
    • Work with cross‑functional teams to attach all necessary data points to items.
    • Assist sourcing managers with special projects.
  • Ensure product alignment with merchandising strategies
    • Support creative direction for new products and collaborate with merchants.
    • Provide guidance on product strategies and requirements to drive financial performance.
    • Track performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
    • Evaluate the full product lifecycle to identify and address issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
    • Support cross‑functional teams to resolve issues with minimal business disruption.
  • Lead and support team and organizational initiatives
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Support plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs.
    • Set goals, communicate objectives, and measure progress.
    • Identify improvement opportunities, demonstrate adaptability, and promote continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
