Senior Demand Planner

Key responsibility areas

• Manage monthly and weekly forecasting process at both the detail (short term) and aggregate (mid and long term) level to create a 0 -18 month rolling demand plan which becomes the basis for operating plans and financial projections.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on demand plan preparation and execution
• Analyze data to translate it into insights.
• Challenge data sources and assumptions and ensure that the demand plan reflects commercial actions and assumptions in a fact-based way.
• Drive the understanding of forecast changes including main drivers (volume, price, competition, etc.)
• Create scenarios through identification of demand risks and opportunities, and through application of sensitivity analyses in price, market share, and competitive data.
• Drive reduction of forecast bias and improvement of forecast mix.

• Supporting IBP deployment and making business decision in 36 months’ time horizon
• Acting as a change leader and promote IBP as a way of working and key business decisions making

Functional Skills & Experience

• Degree in science, business or technical
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP systems, experience with SAP APO nice to have
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong influencing skills and leadership experience driving for improved learning and change
• Experience in close cooperation with commercial and/or general business management function
• Comfortably communicating and acting with different levels and stakeholders
• Fluent Russian
• Communicative level of English and Polish
