Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Security Operations & Regional Fraud Response - Southeast Asia to lead day to day security operations, investigations, fraud response, crisis management, and fire & life safety activities across the Firm's Southeast Asia footprint.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within Security & Investigations, which develops and implements security and life safety strategies for all Firm employees and facilities.

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead security operations, investigations, fraud response, crisis management, and fire & life safety across Southeast Asia offices.
- Oversee day to day SecOps delivery, including security systems, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary CSI representative to business leaders, building management, and government agencies.
- Personally manage complex investigations and coordinate fraud response and intelligence activities.
- Develop and execute event and travel security plans, including Investor Summits and major regional events.
- Build and develop the regional team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
What you'll bring to the role:
- University degree.
- 8-10 years of security management experience in military, law enforcement, corporate security, or risk functions within a large multinational environment.
- Experience conducting investigations and preparing incident and investigation reports.
- Knowledge of physical security, fire & life safety, crisis management, and investigations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and people management skills.
- Understanding of the business, cultural, and political environment across APAC.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to operate effectively under pressure
