As the Regional Vice President – Michigan, you’ll own the operational, financial, and people performance of a dynamic, multi‑clinic region, translating enterprise strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution at the clinic level.

In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a talented regional team while overseeing workflows, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering on key financial objectives. • Lead and elevate clinic performance by translating operational metrics into action: coaching Clinic Directors, reinforcing enterprise standards, and driving consistent, high‑quality execution across the region.
  • Own regional financial and operational success, proactively monitoring performance, addressing gaps with decisive corrective action, and partnering on budgeting and forecasting to deliver sustainable results.
  • Develop tomorrow’s leaders by coaching, mentoring, and building strong bench strength among Clinic Directors, ensuring leadership continuity and long‑term regional success.
  • Create a culture where people thrive by fostering engagement, accountability, and trust, staying closely connected to field teams.
  • Ensure clinics are positioned to win through proactive workforce planning, partnering with HR to drive hiring and retention strategies while anticipating growth and minimizing operational disruption from vacancies.
  • Drive regional growth and access to care by partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Access teams to increase volume, improve conversion, and ensure operational readiness for same‑store and new clinic expansion.
  • Shape and execute regional growth strategies that strengthen community presence, deepen referral‑partner relationships, and expand market share in existing and emerging markets.
  • Champion clinical quality and compliance, ensuring care delivery consistently aligns with our care model, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management standards.
  • Maintain a strong field presence, traveling frequently throughout Michigan and to departmental or functional meetings to stay visible, connected, and impactful.
  • Lead and contribute to special initiatives and enterprise priorities as needed, bringing a solutions‑oriented, enterprise‑minded approach to every project.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
