About the Role

SharkNinja is looking for an exceptional Vice President of Strategic Sales and Analytics to lead the next phase of commercial growth across Germany and EMEA.

This is a critical leadership role where sales, strategy and data come together. You will build and scale a modern sales organisation powered by insight, using analytics to drive faster decisions, stronger execution and sustained revenue growth.

Working in close partnership with Marketing, Finance and Product, you will create a fully aligned go to market approach that delivers clear, measurable impact.

What You Will Do

  • Define and deliver a data led sales strategy aligned to regional and global growth ambitions
  • Build, lead and develop high performing B2B sales teams across Germany and EMEA
  • Own and grow senior relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners
  • Establish best in class sales analytics, forecasting and performance frameworks
  • Turn data into action by identifying growth opportunities, performance gaps and revenue drivers
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and BI teams to deliver best in class reporting and insight
  • Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy and competitive positioning
  • Monitor market trends, customer insight and competitor activity to continuously refine strategy
  • Drive strong alignment with Marketing, Product and Finance to optimise go to market execution
  • Elevate CRM and sales technology usage including Salesforce to improve pipeline quality and efficiency
  • Implement scalable processes to improve conversion, forecasting accuracy and overall sales performance
