Anthropic is looking for an immigration coordinator to manage and streamline our immigration processes for current and future employees, enabling us to hire the best global talent. In this role, you'll partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business immigration cases, ensuring compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees throughout their visa and green card journeys. You'll also help drive process improvements across our immigration operations, maintaining clear documentation and policies that support Anthropic's growing international presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with our internal team and external counsel to support the process of business immigration for current and future employees. This includes outlining the factors involved in a visa case for candidates and employees, coordinating with recruiters, managers, and candidates/employees to get the necessary information and documents, tracking and following up on SLAs, and maintaining data integrity across our systems.
  • Providing excellent white-glove service to our internal clients, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience with clear, kind, and responsive communication.
  • Ensuring domestic and international compliance from an employer perspective and overseeing immigration accounts and proper documentation storage (E-Verify, MyUSCIS, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Identifying and collaborating on process improvement initiatives in our immigration processes, and making sure our documentation/policies are up to date, accessible, and easy to understand for fellow Ants.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Are reliable and responsive. You will be fielding time-sensitive and urgent questions and requests from employees and hiring managers.
  • Are organized and detail-oriented. You will manage time-sensitive and critical processes around immigration cases and more.
  • Are service-oriented. You consider internal teams as “clients” for whom you want to provide an incredible service experience.
  • Have 3+ years of immigration experience.

Strong candidates may also:

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. 

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Annual Salary:
$115,000$130,000 USD

Logistics

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
