Junior Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our bus operator partners, ensuring long-term success, and identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion. The Junior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for sourcing new partners to work with Flix and support the Business Development team with day-to-day operations.  

About the Role

• Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US East region 
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability 
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions​
