About the Team
The Talent team at DoorDash builds and operates the systems that power how we grow, recognize, and develop our people globally. As a rapidly scaling and evolving company, we are continuously improving how we run performance and rewards cycles, promotions, and feedback processes to support our employees and leaders. Our focus is on creating simple, reliable, and scalable processes that enable high-quality talent decisions across the business.
About the Role
This program management role sits at the core of how talent programs are executed at DoorDash. As we scale globally, you will help ensure our talent and rewards processes run smoothly, on time, and with a high degree of accuracy. You will manage day-to-day execution, coordinate across teams and time zones, and help keep complex workstreams on track.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structure, improving how things work, and learning how large-scale talent programs operate. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and make processes more efficient over time.
You will report into the Senior Manager of Talent & Rewards Cycles.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own project management plans for talent and rewards cycles, including timelines, RAID tracking, and follow-ups to keep workstreams on track
- Coordinate across stakeholders and time zones to ensure clear communication and consistent execution of talent processes
- Execute operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy, including managing manual processes and data updates across systems
- Partner with stakeholders to support communications, including scheduling sends, maintaining distribution lists, and ensuring calendars are up to date
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and apply automation (including AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to improve efficiency over time
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field
- You have experience supporting cross-functional projects and keeping detailed workstreams organized and on track
- You have experience using or experimenting with AI tools / Agent building to automate tasks or improve workflows
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing against timelines and processes
- You are motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to improving how teams operate in a fast-paced environment
We expect this position to be filled by 6/5/2026.
