Waarom deze stage uniek is

Bij het Sigma Service Center sta je midden in de dynamiek van een internationale organisatie. Je leert werken in een omgeving waar service, klantbeleving en commerciële slagkracht samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je spreekt klanten, ondersteunt accountmanagers, denkt mee over verkoopkansen en leert hoe een professioneel servicecenter draait.

Je wordt niet gezien als “stagiair”, maar als volwaardig teamlid. We geven jou de ruimte om initiatief te tonen, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en met eigen ideeën te komen. Zo bouw je waardevolle praktijkervaring op die je nergens anders zo snel opdoet.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je staat klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord en helpt hen met vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen.

• Je ondersteunt collega’s in commerciële en administratieve processen.

• Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van klanttevredenheid en dienstverlening.

• Je leert werken met systemen als ERP/CRM en ontwikkelt jouw commerciële vaardigheden in de praktijk.

• Je signaleert verkoopkansen en draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving.

Wat maakt jou passend?

• Je volgt een MBO-opleiding in een commerciële richting (bijv. Commercieel Medewerker, Junior Accountmanager of vergelijkbaar).

• Je hebt een positieve instelling, houdt van samenwerken en communiceert gemakkelijk.

• Je neemt initiatief en vindt het leuk om klanten écht verder te helpen.

• Je hebt oog voor detail en pakt taken zelfstandig op.
