The O&M Contracts Manager supports the tendering, negotiation and management of service contracts for offshore wind assets, working closely with Operations, Technical, Legal, Insurance, Finance and Group Purchasing teams.

The role involves engagement with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across the UK and Europe and requires a solid appreciation of the commercial, technical and risk considerations associated with offshore renewable energy assets.

What you’ll be doing

· Work with Site and Technical teams to define service requirements and ensure contractual scope reflects operational and asset needs.

· Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies appropriate to offshore renewables, including consideration of joint venture arrangements and budget constraints.

· Prepare tender documentation, bidder guidance and evaluation criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

· Manage delegated tendering activities for O&M services through iBuy, operating within defined procurement and authority frameworks.

· Support higher-value or more complex tenders and negotiations, including basic contractual and commercial risk assessment.

· Assist with supplier onboarding and engagement within the procurement portal.

· Provide guidance on procurement processes, delegated authority and governance requirements.

· Liaise with OPEX and Finance teams to support PO creation, invoice processing and budget forecasting.

· Support contract administration activities including variations, extensions and budget updates in line with internal processes.

What you’ll bring

· Experience supporting or managing tenders and contracts within a large, complex organisation, ideally within renewables, offshore, energy, or a comparable infrastructure environment.

· Working knowledge of procurement governance, delegated authority and tendering processes.

· Understanding of operational and contractual risks typical of offshore renewables, such as access constraints, marine operations, safety, environmental obligations and supply-chain considerations.

· Sound working knowledge of operational contracts and their day-to-day application.

· Awareness of health, safety and environmental legislation relevant to offshore operations.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding timelines.

· Collaborative approach with effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
