Your role in a nutshell
You know that feeling when you spot a new TikTok trend before it hits your feed… and immediately think “we could totally turn this into a campaign”?

VML is on the hunt for a Content Creative (Mid-Level) with a passion for ideas, words and culture. We want someone who loves scrolling through the internet with purpose - catching trends, shaping concepts, and turning them into content that people actually stop for.
This isn’t just about writing. It’s about creating work that’s sharp, relevant, smart - and maybe even a bit jealous-making for other brands. You’ll be working in a tight creative crew, alongside designers, strategists and production magicians, crafting campaigns for names your grandma has heard of.
Your scope & impact:
- Dream up and write copy for social, digital and campaigns — words that feel alive, not just “posted”.
- Create native social content (yes, we mean Reels, TikToks, the lot) with a keen eye on what’s trending and why.
- Collaborate with other creatives to bring big ideas to life across all digital touchpoints.
- Take projects from the very first scribble to the final “client-approved” moment.
- Keep our content calendars organised and full of fresh ideas. Inject energy and insight into brainstorms and creative reviews.
