As a Senior Electronic Engineer within the New Product Integration team, you will be leading the creation and development of next‑generation electronic subsea products. You will be shaping product architectures, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring high‑quality designs across the full product lifecycle—from concept and feasibility to testing, launch, and long‑term support. You will be championing design‑for‑manufacture, design‑for‑reliability, and design‑for‑cost principles.
As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be:
- Leading requirements capture and translating them into PCB‑level specifications
- Creating schematics and PCB layouts using Altium or equivalent tools
- Performing simulations using SPICE, PLECS, or MATLAB/Simulink
- Analyzing switching behavior, EMI, thermal performance, and reliability
- Building and testing prototypes using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and lab tools
- Validating PCB designs and driving testing through qualification stages
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams for integration

To Be Successful in This Role You Will:
- Having strong hands‑on experience designing electronic hardware
- Having proficiency in PCB design, schematic capture, and simulation tools
- Having knowledge of power electronics, switching circuits, EMI mitigation, and thermal management
- Having strong debugging and fault‑finding skills across prototypes and lab testing
- Having experience taking designs from concept to tested prototype
- Having experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, or consumer
- Having understanding of DFM, DFT, compliance, and production processes
- Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering
