We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployment initiatives across federal healthcare systems. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in multi-site deployment planning, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare informatics. You will drive enterprise-level transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of EHR systems such as VA EHRM-IO, Oracle Health, and MHS GENESIS.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise deployment efforts for federal EHR programs, including pre-deployment planning, workflow readiness, infrastructure alignment, and go-live support across multiple hospitals and clinics.
Engage senior stakeholders and brief executive leadership to align deployment strategies with organizational goals and national transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement standardized methodologies, SOPs, readiness artifacts, and playbooks for consistent execution across multiple sites and deployment waves.
Mentor and manage pre-deployment teams, ensuring organizational readiness and adherence to enterprise standards.
Conduct workflow analysis and process improvement using Lean methodologies to optimize clinical operations.
Oversee training development and delivery for clinical systems, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and NCQA standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Project Management certification preferred).
10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR deployment, or clinical systems training within federal or large-scale healthcare environments.
Proven track record in program management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-site deployment strategy.
Strong knowledge of healthcare informatics, workflow optimization, and change management.
Familiarity with federal EHR systems (VA EHRM-IO, Oracle Health, MHS GENESIS) highly desirable.
