We are looking for a Principal Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI Solutions and Copilot Studio, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Copilot Studio, Agents and M365 Copilot Primary focus well enabling customer to govern, deploy and enhance Copilot Studio agents backed by strong foundation in Power Platform development. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and Return of Investment.  
 

The Principal Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role within the International Customer Success Unit (iCSU) is responsible for delivering customer value through the design, development, and deployment of Copilot Studio (Agent‑based) solutions.

This role focuses on enabling enterprise customers to operationalize AI through the implementation of task‑oriented and workflow‑integrated Copilot agents using Copilot Studio (Power Platform).

While familiarity with M365 Copilot adoption scenarios is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is delivering business process automation through agent development, orchestration, and integration with enterprise data sources.



Responsibilities
  • Copilot Studio Agent Development (Primary Focus)
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents aligned to enterprise business process scenarios
  • Configure:
    • Agent topics
    • Actions
    • Connectors
    • Environment governance
  • Integrate agents with:
    • SharePoint
    • Teams
    • Enterprise data sources
  • Extend agent functionality using:
    • Power Platform connectors
    • Automation workflows

 

 

AI Solution Delivery

      • Deliver Copilot Studio pilots, PoCs, and Value‑Based Deliverables (VBDs)
      • Support enterprise deployment of agent‑based Copilot solutions
      • Embed governance and compliance considerations into agent deployments

 

Copilot Adoption (Supplemental)

        • Support Copilot attach and adoption efforts in collaboration with CSAMs as required

 

 




Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 

Other Requirements:

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 

6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 

6+ years experience in:

    • Technical architecture
    • Cloud solutions
    • Enterprise IT consulting

Core Technical Skills 

    • Copilot Studio agent creation and configuration
    • Power Platform environments
    • Connector‑based automation
    • M365 Copilot adoption scenarios
    • SharePoint / Teams grounding

6+ years experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with one or more demonstratable production deployments

Relevant Microsoft certifications or badges 

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable.
 
 


Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
