THE OPPORTUNITY / THE PITCH

Our amazing consulting team is looking forward to collaborating with a “people first” Senior Accountant who is a meticulous, hands-on finance professional with deep experience in Thailand tax and statutory compliance, client/vendor billing, journal entries, and general bookkeeping. You’re equally comfortable handling monthly closings as you are diving into forecast models or auditing data integrity.

Having worked in international environments, you understand the importance of collaboration, timeliness, and precision. Most importantly, you want to grow in a role where you can contribute to a regional business and make a real impact.

This is a full-time role based in Thailand.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES / THE TASK AT HAND

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage a full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
  • Record client/ vendor bills and journal entries based on company policies and on a timely basis.
  • Maintain accounting records in compliance with local Thailand statutory and tax regulations.
  • Manage Monthly VAT returns (reconciliation and filing) and timely payment without delay.
  • Coordinate with local consultants or tax agents to ensure timely tax filing (Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors and provide assistance on year end statutory audit field work and documentation

FP&A Support

  • Support our Singapore-based FP&A Lead in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Upload OPEX and other operating data into NSPB (NetSuite Planning & Budgeting).
  • Perform reconciliation and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Track actuals vs forecast and support ad-hoc variance analysis.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update financial planning data in NSPB, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regional teams.
  • Ensure all expenses are correctly allocated to cost centers and departments.
  • Assist with local budget preparation and monthly forecast updates.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with APAC Finance teams (Shared Services, Commercial Finance, FP&A).
  • Liaise with vendors, consultants, and other local stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
