We are looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven Advertising Account Manager to join our Amsterdam office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fantastic team, learn from colleagues, and share your own expertise.

In this role, you’ll drive growth for leading enterprise brands across the Nordics and the Netherlands — partnering with some of the most recognized advertisers in Northern Europe. You’ll lead strategic, data-driven advertising partnerships designed to deliver and exceed key performance KPIs. You’ll build and manage relationships with both direct advertisers and big six media agencies/independent agencies. As a trusted partner, you’ll provide strategic guidance and deliver high-quality, end-to-end service and support.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in results-driven customer-facing role in digital marketing 
  • Experience in dealing with and managing premium media agency clients
  • Knowledge of KPI based campaign/ client management and optimization of campaigns towards hitting ROI & CPA targets.
  • Understanding of the Ad Tech industry and the Media Agencies landscape. 
  • Familiar with managing a portfolio of clients — including prioritization and growing accounts according to potential
  • Eager to understand and present the opportunities involved for clients looking for infinite scale 
  • Strong analytical skills, monitoring and identification of trends in data and generation of actionable insight and reports for the client
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent technological skills and the ability to quickly learn what is needed to support successful campaign implementation and optimization from a technical point of view
  • Willing to travel for business 
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required. All internal communications, particularly with our centralized staff (FP&A, HR, Legal), product, and marketing teams, are conducted in English.

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager you’ll bring value by:

  • Managing a strategic Book of Business - service clients in accordance to importance and potential within your portfolio, spotting abilities to scale, product rollout potential and further client needs
  • Upsell and Cross-sell – Focus on rolling out new product features and additional campaigns, as well as international account expansion by outreach and new business.
  • Familiar with managing a portfolio of clients — including prioritization and growing accounts according to potential and identifying new business opportunities
  • Account insights and strategy – analyzing and creating custom reports and actionable insight for clients where necessary/ needed to support your arguments for account growth
  • Collaboration with the sales team with common objectives: Achieving your clients’ objectives, developing and strengthening the relationship and growing the partnership from a revenue perspective
  • Client education & proactive consultation – Ensuring that clients are following the best practices and maximizing every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform. Working with clients to help them understand and optimize their campaigns, hit campaign goals and scale their account
  • Campaign management – handling of first level technical requests -  implementation of conversion tracking codes, campaign creation, assets upload targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc. - and escalation of second level technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully
  • Upsell and Cross-sell – Focus on rolling out new product features and additional campaigns, as well as international account expansion
  • Client meetings and QBRs – Conducting face-to-face Quarterly Business Review meetings with key clients whereby participants can range from day to day contact to C-level within the client organization
  • Organize Lunch & Learn sessions that educate clients, elevate expertise, and accelerate growth
