What your day-to-day will look like
Own and drive the operational excellence of EBANX’s payment processing across Southeast Asia, starting with the Philippines. In this role, you will combine strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our payment operations are not only stable, but a true competitive advantage.
You will act as a key technical and analytical reference, leveraging data, automation, and (as a plus) AI-driven approaches to continuously improve performance, optimize payment flows, and enhance the merchant experience.
Your day-to-day impact
- Operational & Performance Ownership
Own the end-to-end operational health of key payment partners in the Philippines and future SEA markets, focusing on Wallets and Card Payments. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as transaction success rates, latency, API performance, and settlement accuracy. - Technical & Analytical Point of Contact
Act as the main interface between EBANX and partner technical teams, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with a strong technical and data-oriented mindset. - Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Propose and implement improvements in payment flows, routing logic, and operational processes to increase approval rates and efficiency. - Advanced Analytics & AI (Plus)
Apply (or support the application of) advanced analytics, automation, or AI/ML techniques to improve payment performance, anomaly detection, fraud signals, and operational efficiency. - Incident Management
